
People and Culture Support Associate
CROWN MELBOURNE
We are currently recruiting for a People and Culture Support Associate to join our dynamic P&C function. The P&C Support Associates are the first point of contact for all general HR related enquiries. You will be responsible for providing immediate advice and information to our employees across Crown Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the broader People & Culture team and build a career pathway in the HR field.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to general HR matters, through the centralised People and Culture Support team, with professionalism and confidentiality
- Providing advice to employees regarding Crown’s Enterprise Agreements, policies and procedures
- Preparing standard letters, reports and documents for P&C related processes
- Project administration support for assigned P&C initiatives
- Assisting with other P&C Operational administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated high levels of customer service
- Strong learning agility and the ability to understand the operations of a wide variety of departments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Currently working towards or completion of a HR qualification is highly desirable
