  • Create, coordinate, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, partner marketing, email, PR and social media, ensuring they are well-aligned with the region's unique needs and target audience preferences.

  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, partner and customer success teams to ensure campaigns are effectively supporting business objectives and delivering qualified leads.

  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future efforts based on lead quality, engagement, and campaign ROI.

  • Provide guidance and oversight to a Working Student or Intern, delegating tasks effectively, mentoring their development, and ensuring their work supports regional marketing goals.

What we look for

  • Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in field marketing and demand generation within B2B tech environments.

  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing virtual and in-person events, including trade shows and webinars, with a focus on creating engaging customer experiences.

  • Prior experience in enterprise software, SaaS or AI is highly desirable.

  • Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate market insights into business actions.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation software, CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media channels) to execute and measure campaigns effectively.
