The Chief Resilience and Security Office (CRSO) plays a vital role in delivering Lloyds Banking Group's vision of putting customers at the heart of everything we do, helping Britain prosper, and protecting the Group and its customers and suppliers from security threats. We define and communicate the Group's security strategy and providing dedicated support and constructive challenge to business areas to ensure the delivery of an effective and compliant security risk management framework.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced team who are leading the way in Insider Risk & Data Loss Prevention. If you have a passion for security, and are motivated to lead a team of Security specialists while running the Group’s Insider and Data Loss risk processes and controls we would like to hear from you. As well as providing operational leadership and mentorship to the team, you'll provide support, education and strategic guidance to the business whilst crafting the continuous improvement of our services.
Other responsibilities include:
- Lead and develops operational efficiency in our procedures to fulfil the needs of the business
- Identifies shortcomings, recommends improvements and implements approved revisions to current compliance processes, systems and procedures
- Owns the development of strategic operational roadmap activities, initiatives and projects
- Analyses key data themes & trends to make informed real-time business decisions and recommendations
- Provides specialised training and mentor to colleagues
- Sets medium term objectives and takes ownership for implement a team's performance management systems with mentorship from senior colleagues.
- Supervises others to deliver prescribed operational outcomes while working within established and new systems.
- Recommends ways to improve support for operations by changing policies, processes, standards and practices.
- Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
- Achieves planned commitments by developing short-term and/or medium-term work schedules

Essential:
- Working knowledge and experience of Data Loss detection, prevention and methodology gained within a financial services or banking environment
- Excellent experience of managing operational teams
- Solid understanding of change management and continuous improvement process
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound understanding of Risk Management frameworks
