This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and take on the following key responsibilities:
- Deal management including liaising with the Operating Groups to track the status of transactions
- Review and clearance of investment research which have been escalated to the Control Room
- Manage the Restricted List and Watch List
- Facilitating Information Barrier crossings from initial request to the resumption of normal duties and maintenance and administration of associated systems
- Monitoring and reporting of substantial shareholding positions
- Takeover Code reporting
- Review and maintain insider lists as required by MAR
- Assisting in other compliance tasks as required to achieve team objectives
You will ideally have recent experience in an investment banking, legal or regulatory environment, preferably with experience in Control Room, Private Side Advisory, Surveillance or Research Compliance. This role will require you to work through tasks systematically and monitor your own work to ensure consistency and timelines. You will have a high level of engagement and the opportunity to participation in discussions about compliance policy and strategy.

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed.
