The Programme

Joining the Macquarie Technology Spring Insight Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself into the financial services industry and Macquarie.  

Our Technology team comprises of over 3000 people based all around the world who create best-in-class experiences for our clients and employees. Our teams are responsible for driving simplification and consolidation of our technology architecture and efficiency of our key infrastructure platforms as well as strategic initiatives such as cyber security, and public and private cloud programs. Over the course of the day with Macquarie, you will gain an insight into the different technologies we use as well as some of the varied career paths available to you in technology.  

During the programme you will participate in: 

  • interactive project management and skills-based workshops led by our Technology teams 

  • work shadowing opportunities 

  • networking opportunities with graduates to senior leaders across Macquarie's Technology teams and the businesses they support 

  • skills based sessions from CV clinics to interview preparation. 

Top performers will be fast-tracked to an early interview for Macquarie’s 2024 Technology Internship Programme. 

Our Technology Spring Insight Programme will take place during the Easter break Spring 2023

To be eligible for our Spring Insight Programme you must be in your first year of a three-year course, or second year of a four-year course. If you can demonstrate strong academic performance and involvement in extra-curricular and community activities, we'd like to hear from you.
