A unique opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Human Resources Business Partner to join us as an HR Business Partner in our Frankfurt or London office, supporting the Macquarie Capital Group.
Macquarie Capital provides advisory and capital raising services to corporate and government clients involved in public mergers and acquisitions, private treaty acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity fund raising and corporate restructuring. It also undertakes principal investing activities globally in support of its client activities. In this role, you will support the Macquarie Capital business that is focused on advisory and capital raising services in the UK and Europe.
As part of the wider regional and global HR teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of an ambitious people agenda that aligns with the broader commercial strategy. You will encompass a diverse range of HR activities and will utilize your experience across all elements of the employee lifecycle, as well as providing an opportunity to develop and demonstrate your personal leadership. You will be expected to work closely with key business stakeholders across Europe and UK and in partnership with our specialist teams to provide direction and execution for our fast paced and results oriented business.
To be successful in this role, you will be collaborative, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in a highly matrixed, international environment. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as your track record executing in a similar role gained within investment banking or an entrepreneurial, high growth, international business will be highly regarded. Experience in the European/UK market is desirable.
