An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Real Estate team in Europe for an experienced Technical Asset Manager to closely collaborate with our ESG teams in the execution of our ongoing net zero carbon strategies and ESG action plans.

As Technical Asset Manager, you work alongside our regional Asset Management team, with a specific focus on the monitoring of all technical building management as well as the implementation of larger refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for NZC/ESG audits, technical strategy and the execution of ESG related CAPEX works for each property, and the technical building management of managed properties in different European countries. You will monitor the Facility Manager and/or the technical Property Manager, and be responsible for identifying maintenance, repair, enhancement, and refurbishment needs in accordance with current standards and regulations and the respective documentation.

Additionally, you will provide regular property inspections and assessment of the condition of the buildings including related property reports, budget planning (CAPEX) in cooperation with the facility management and/or the technical building manager.

To be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified within a relevant discipline (preferably in engineering, architecture, or a comparable professional qualification), and have prior professional experience in technical building and project management. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the regulations governing the awarding of contracts for construction services, warranty tracking and defects remedy, as well ESG regulations. You will possess analytical competence, strong communication and negotiation skills, with very good written and spoken English skills (other European Language skills would also be advantageous)
