We are transforming the way we manage access to our key trading systems across our most diverse global business.
As a SailPoint Engineer within the User Access Management (UAM) transformation program, you will partner with our application owners, project team, security team, business SMEs, operational risk and technology teams to transform how Commodities and Global Markets approach access management and reduce risk.
Ideally, you will have proven experience (3-5 years) within IAM application integration, audit, operational risk management, or technology, preferably gained within a financial services environment. Prior experience in User Access Management is highly desirable.
Other key skills include:
- 3-5 years of experience in SailPoint or other equivalent IAM technologies
- Strong application on-boarding experience
- Experience in Java, bean shell, shell scripts, and XML programming
- strong analytical skills and problem solving
- a high level of attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Relevant IAM certifications (preferable)
This role will provide you with an opportunity to deepen your understanding of financial markets, in addition to developing expertise with identity and user access management risks and controls. You will build a strong understanding of the business roles, processes and systems and key technical concepts around segregation of duties, and toxic combinations.
