Senior Identity Access Management Business Analyst

As a part of the Commodities and Global Markets UAM team, you will join a global transformation program initially working to review User Access Management policies within the business and then uplift capabilities in User Access Management on an ongoing basis. The Commodities and Global Markets UAM team is responsible for governance and delivery of the division-wide user access management initiatives.
As the Senior Business Analyst within the User Access Management program, you will partner with our application owners, project team, business SMEs, Operational Risk and Technology teams to transform how Commodities and Global Markets manage User Access Management and reduce associated risks.
Ideal candidate would have proven experience (~3 years) within application integration, audit, operational risk management, or technology, preferably gained within a financial services environment. Prior experience in User Access Management is highly desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Learning mindset and keen interest to build your knowledge of User Access Management
- Relevant IAM certifications (preferable)
This role will provide you with an opportunity to deepen your understanding of financial markets, in addition to developing expertise with identity and user access management risks and controls. You will build a strong understanding of the business roles, processes and systems and key technical concepts around segregation of duties, and toxic combinations.
