Job Description

At PA, you will collaborate with other like-minded colleagues in multi-functional teams, working on some of our most exciting projects. As a Agile Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop your career as a consultant by working with exceptional consulting colleagues on a range of assignments
  • Develop your Agile and Business Analysis skillsets through our extensive training offering which includes BCS diplomas, SAFe/Scrum certifications, and the opportunity to join our mentoring programme
  • Work with one of our internal BA workstreams to develop the Agile BA offering at PA
  • Be part of initiatives that you genuinely care about, for example Mental Health and Wellbeing, Women in Technology, LGBTQ+ and BAME
  • Work across a range of clients across the public and private sector.

Qualifications

In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have the following;

  • A minimum of 2-5 years’ recent experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
  • Professional experience within Public Services
  • Sole British national, eligible to work on secure client sites

It is also important that you are able to demonstrate your ability to:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders 
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and opportunities to work internationally with our clients should you desire
  • A desire to develop PA’s internal Agile BA community as well as working with our clients
  • An understanding of different delivery models with a knowledge of Agile methods
  • Experience of coordinating activities across multiple teams across the delivery lifecycle e.g. Project Management, Architecture, Operations etc.
  • An understanding of key transformational concepts such as backlog creation, refinement and prioritisation with well-defined acceptance criteria
