Join us and work with our HR team to efficiently deliver full lifecycle support for the Workday HR Management system for PA. This application supports all the major business processes that deal with people-related transactions across the firm.
Flexible working - We are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.
You will have opportunity to:
- Configure Workday modules to meet business needs.
- Support Workday releases and assess their impact.
- Become a Workday SME, providing valuable input.
- Evaluate system modifications and enhancements.
- Collaborate with support partners and maintain data.
- Generate reports and conduct testing.
- Manage tasks, processes, and issue resolution.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Deep knowledge of core HCM concepts.
- Experience in Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning.
- Understanding of system security and change management.
- 'Can do' attitude and issue ownership.
- Global professional services industry experience.
- HR background or related qualifications.
- HCIS and financial system integration experience.
