The Performance and Sales Analyst is a key role within Ford Credit Britains Business Operations team, providing data driven insight into national sales and marketing performance.
Using advanced analysis, forecasting and reporting, the role supports strategic decision making across sales activity, finance penetration, renewals and forward order bank management. You will work closely with dealer partners, Ford of Britain and wider European and global teams to improve performance, strengthen reporting capabilities and support growth areas such as online sales, loyalty, commercial vehicles and electric vehicles.

Analyse national sales and marketing performance, delivering insight into trends, risks and growth opportunities

Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting covering sales activity, renewals, portfolio performance, finance penetration and order bank

Support sales and marketing strategy through campaign analysis, performance evaluation and recommendations

Develop, enhance and automate dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, ClickView and Alteryx

Partner with dealer networks and internal Ford Credit, Ford of Britain and European teams to improve data integration and sales processes

Provide ad hoc analysis and respond to data and reporting queries to support decision making and issue resolution

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to influence strategy and deliver results ( Essential )

Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, ClickView or similar ( Essential )

Confidence translating complex data into clear insight for non technical stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills ( Essential )

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Campus for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
