Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Architect specializing in ServiceNow, you will assess client business needs and recommend tailored ServiceNow implementation solutions. You will lead the implementation of these solutions, leveraging your expertise in estimating, implementing, and managing ServiceNow tools. Your primary responsibilities will include: Leading Implementation Projects: Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, overseeing effort estimation, planning, and execution to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs. Conducting Architectural Analysis: Conduct thorough architectural analysis to inform solution design and estimate infrastructure requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems in the ecosystem. Estimating Infrastructure Requirements: Estimate infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations, considering scalability, performance, and security needs. Managing Solution Delivery: Manage the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Integrating ServiceNow Tools: Integrate ServiceNow tools with other systems in the ecosystem, leveraging expertise in ServiceNow implementation and management.

Required technical and professional expertise

Deep Expertise in ServiceNow Implementation: Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow tools, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations. Experience with Architectural Analysis: Skilled in conducting thorough architectural analysis to inform solution design and estimate infrastructure requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems in the ecosystem. Proficiency in Infrastructure Estimation: Adept at estimating infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations, considering scalability, performance, and security needs. Mastery of Solution Delivery Management: Experienced in managing the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Preferred technical and professional experience
