“As a new person joining the RBSL team, I have been very pleasantly surprised about the inclusivity of the organisation and the culture within it. Everyone demonstrates a strong culture of ‘Trust, Respect & Transparency’, with all team members moving in the same direction. The organisation has strong leaders who are passionate about delivering excellence through their teams, as it is the people that make an organisation great and we want to be an employer of choice. Everybody has been warm and welcoming since my arrival and it is clear to me that everyone is driven by the successful execution of our programmes. I was also delighted to be asked to head up ‘Women in Defence’ within RBSL as it’s something I am passionate about, and it was great to see how committed we are to closing the gender gap at all levels. I am delighted to be part of the RBSL team.”

From my own journey and that of my colleagues, it is clear that Rheinmetall values talent, development, and diversity, ensuring that women have the same opportunities to thrive and succeed in a traditionally male dominated industry.

One of the most significant aspects of working at Rheinmetall UK is the emphasis on career growth.
