The role offers a unique blend of people leadership and technical claims expertise. You'll manage your own portfolio of subsidence claims while supporting the wider team, giving you the opportunity to continue developing your technical knowledge and build on your existing subsidence experience. If you're a confident claims handler with strong technical expertise, a natural mentor and a desire to positively influence team performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Success in this role requires someone who is organised, adaptable and motivated by achieving results. You'll be an excellent communicator, confident in managing changing priorities and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
