We have a fantastic opportunity for Claims Handlers working on a hybrid basis UK wide.

We have an exciting opportunity for Claims Handlers to join our expanding travel claims unit, working on a hybrid basis from anywhere in the UK. This role is ideal for someone with experience in claims handling or a customer service office environment who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive setting

As part of a newly formed team supporting a global corporate client, you will manage travel claims from first notification of loss through to settlement. Claims will vary in complexity and value, providing you with exposure to a wide range of scenarios and the chance to grow professionally. Full training and onboarding will be provided.

This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy variety, problem‑solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The skills you will have when you apply:

• Experience working in a customer service or office environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in explaining information clearly and negotiating fair settlements
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail when maintaining accurate records
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, policyholders, and external partners
• A commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (Cert CILA) qualification
