About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a TA Coordinator to work with our high-performing in-house Talent Acquisition team here at Telegraph Media Group.This is a fast-paced team working on a broad range of roles across the organisation and requires someone with strong attention to detail, solid organisational skills and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll support the recruitment cycle: from taking notes on role briefs, posting adverts, potentially some liaising with agencies, initial screens of candidates and booking interviews - you support the TA Specialists to guide both candidates and line managers through a great experience
- Where necessary support interviewers through the logistics of interviews
- Posting vacancies on the relevant recruitment channels
- Support with updating LinkedIn Recruiter, our Applicant Tracking System (Workable)
- Work closely with TA Specialist on looking at continuous improvement of recruitment processes in your area including training, initiatives, sourcing tools etc
- Work closely with TA Specialist on having an accurate recruitment dashboards and data is key - we love data and rely on insights to inform our development as a function
- Supporting D&I and engagement initiatives
Essential Skills
- Work experience involving administration/systems, within a professional HR environment, ideally within a talent acquisition setting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- A basic level of commercial awareness and business understanding
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and assess solutions
- Capable user of the Office Suite and/or G-Suite (we are a Google house) - Excel/Google Sheets would be helpful
- Strong written skills via email and also presentations
