HR Systems Administrator

Description of role:
TWI seeks a Systems Administrator for our People & Culture Team (PAC) to assist on software questions and queries on our existing operating system (CIPHR) and support the process of selection and implementation of a new HR platform.
We require the successful candidate to be able to hit the ground running and be confident working on HR systems and helping TWI implement any changes to the software package and be able to solve issues in an efficient and timely manner. The successful candidate will support the programme manager with the new software selection and implementation process whilst maintaining the enquiries on the existing platform.
You will need to be a self-starter and conduct yourself in line with TWI’s values of teamwork, innovation, taking responsibility, customer focus, adaptability and inclusion. You will also be able to integrate yourself into our busy team as well as work independently.
Funding:
If this position is to be based in our Port Talbot office it will be part of an initiative known as AEMRI (Advanced Engineering Materials Research Institute), which is funded by the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) using European Regional Development Funds (ERDF). If this position is to be based in our Middlesbrough office it will part of an initiative known as Centre for Materials Integrity which is part funded by the Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Travel:
Occasional travel maybe required to our UK offices.
