Description of role:

The role of the Proposals Delivery Manager is a key operations management role within the Technology Innovation Management (TIM) section.

It encompasses the direct line management of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering services for the TWI Innovation Network (TWIIN). Our TIM team develops collaborative research proposals for clients, and delivers these to UK and EU funding programmes. Thus, the Proposals Delivery Manager will be responsible for the management of the pipeline of proposals, ensuring effective communication amongst TIM stakeholders and third party contributors, to deliver high quality and competitive bids in response to client roadmaps and research public funding calls.

Travel:

This position is a hybrid role requiring travel to Cambridge for team meetings and occasional other local travel. The Proposals Delivery Manager would ideally be located close to one of TWI’s offices to use as a base in combination with remote working. Infrequent travel abroad may be required.
