Description of role:
Joining an established team of NDT Lecturers and Examiners the NDT programme manager role will be to engage with the NDT programme team in order to manage the operations which include scheduling of courses, creating related marketing activities along with our marketing team and ensure examination control protocols are in accordance with scheme requirements. The NDT programme manager will also steer the following;
- New product development within the NDT programme
- Ensuring compliance with scheme holders such as CSWIP and Bindt (with the aid of our quality assurance team)
- Keep existing product relevant and up to date
- Review of existing and new examination materials along with a team of subject matter experts
- Spearhead continual improvements to current processes in order to provide a better service to our clients
- Financially control the programme with the help of the team around you
