Your New Role...
Overseeing a team of analysts, you will identify and quantify opportunities for incremental revenue growth , increase yield from our existing customer base and definite a new proposition strategy for TNT Sports
Your Role Accountabilities...
Identify and quantify opportunities for incremental revenue growth based on market dynamics and appetite and ability to monetize TNT Sport.
Increase yield from customer base, by segmentation, cohort analysis, derived value insight and execute through price changes, discount management, new customer segments and new pricing models.
Define the business case for new proposition strategy, product pricing and go-to-market principles for the Commercial Sport. Define the business rules for discounting options and manage customer profiling and insight across multiple channels.
Define system and process flows to increase operational effectiveness.
Define and manage data model, entities and system architecture.
Prepares the data for migration to WBD under the terms of the JV agreement with WBD.
Responsible for maintaining and governing CRM, Billing and MIS function for a standalone business unit.
Define business rules to ensure high yield and greater revenue generation from our target market segments.
Set high level design requirements across commercial and operational systems for effective management of the business processes and business rules.
Set product roadmap & ensure systems & CRM operate to tolerance so that all channels are able to sell, retain and upsell, customer billing and payment function.
Deliver insight on our customers, market and innovation to inform new propositions, pricing & discount models and overall business strategy generating revenue growth.
Co-ordinate with suppliers across sales, market research, marketing and customer service to ensure effective and efficient lead generation and data transfers.
Manage processes surrounding data governance, data quality management, operational compliance and revenue assurance.
Automation of key KPIs across business functions to provide regular update on health of the business and operational fallouts.
Manage systems in place.

Qualifications and Experience...
Demonstrated experience as a systems architect and managing process flows
Advance SQL & PL/SQL
B2B Sales and Service Model
Experience in managing data and ability to generate relevant KPIs to drive business decisions
Data Governance and Quality Management
Working principle related to RDBMS and data modelling
Problem solver and analytical ability
Team Leader
Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
