At Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter, we pride ourselves in being renowned for our world class customer service and best in class products. What we want are naturally friendly, enthusiastic and all-round positive individuals who want to be proud of their work.
So, what makes a fantastic Retail Associate? You see a queue at the till? You jump on to reduce the customers waiting time. We’ve run out of Gryffindor Jumpers? You take the initiative and replenish them yourself. It’s about being positive, finding solutions, and having the confidence to do what’s right for our customers.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Proactively engage with and assist our customers.
Operating our tills in an efficient manner.
Help to ensure products are available to customers at all times.
Ensure our sales targets are achieved by fully maximising all sales opportunities.
This role requires that you be able to lift, carry and move boxes. It is also a role in a very busy Tour where there is lots of visual and audio stimuli.
