Within the WBD Creative team, as a Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, generating and executing ideas that elevate our channels and brands. From stunning motion graphics and video-based content to Key Art and static assets, your work will shine across broadcast, social, and print platforms. You’ll take on a variety of briefs, producing best-in-class creative that meets and exceeds client goals.

Your Role Accountabilities…
- Bring Ideas to Life: Collaborate with the team to generate, pitch, and execute creative concepts that align with campaign goals and audience needs.
- Design Across Platforms: Create exceptional still assets, motion graphics, and video-based designs for on-air promotions, brand campaigns, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas that push the boundaries of broadcast and digital design.
- Collaborate Proactively: Work hand-in-hand with Creatives, Digital Designers, and Producers to ensure cohesive storytelling and design consistency across all outputs.
