PA Consulting work with the largest and most prominent organisations with strong demand in across the private sector including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and Retail & Manufacturing.

At present our Workforce Transition & team is growing rapidly as our clients continue to evolve their organisational models and HR practice to face their future people challenges.
As a P&C Consultant with a focus on HR you will be focused on transforming the size and shape of our existing client workforces. This will include:
- Creating the future organisation – designing and target operating model that’s right for the future and supporting clients as they move people across into new roles
- Implementing major workforce change- supporting and advising leadership teams on how to deliver the organisational changes
- Developing HR strategy & Building HR capability – Creating an impactful HR strategy and developing HR skills and resources.

Sustainability Company
Supported the HRLT review of global HR Operating Model to strengthen operational efficiency and deliver greater value for customers. Scope included c700 HR employees serving c50,000 customers over 40+ countries.
UK Retailer
Restructured the Head Office to reflect an appropriate structure to support the revised and extended franchise model as well as delivering savings of up to £15m.
Civil Service
Supporting the staff transfer of 7,300 staff from 52 different organisations, whilst ensuring operational delivery and staff are supported and engaged in the future.
Food Retailer
Designed the communication and engagement approach to support a major change in operating model in the commercial function, affecting over 500 staff.
Qualifications
About You
Essential experience required for this HR P&C Consultant role includes working alongside business leaders to deliver major organisational change and as well as possessing, or in a consulting/ project capacity.
You will be familiar with all areas of the employee life cycle and have focussed on specific areas of HR discipline. You are likely to have worked in a large organisation with a mature HR operating model where the HR team are well integrated into the business.
You will have delivered change around HR structures and built capability within an HR function.
Major workforce transformations experience will include:
- Organisation redesign
- Operating model implementation
- Restructuring and redundancies
- Mergers and acquisitions
- TUPE.
