Senior Implementation Manager
Lloyds Banking Group, Business & Commercial Banking, Group Transformation
London based (1-2 days per week in the office and the rest from home)
Salary & Benefits: £76, 400 – £105,000 base salary, plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution (when you put in 6%), 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Which area of Lloyds does this role sit within?
You will be playing a significant role in leading the team that delivers customer and colleague impacting change. Channels include- Internet Banking, Mobile, Tablet Apps, Tablets In Branch, MCA in Branches, Connect, Public Sites; and covering both Retail and Commercial Banking.
So what would I be responsible for?
The role of Senior Implementation Manager is to lead a team responsible for delivering the current change portfolio, the position holder will play a key role in shaping and delivering the strategic goal of transforming to a continuous delivery model. Ensuring that all governance and compliance requirements are met.
Implementation is a very fast paced environment with changes being delivered most days. It is also very rewarding to see those changes have an immediate customer impact on their digital interactions.
This role involves a high degree of collaborator engagement at a senior level to coordinate the future digital change rollout plans and representation at various change forums.
You will engage with the Value Stream Product Owners and Engineer Leads to have a clear line of sight of the change portfolio and handle the Implementation resources accordingly.
You will design and implement specific implementation strategies to support complex/non-standard changes, viewing change from various perspectives – customer, service, performance, operations. You will identify, assess, lead and mitigate significant risks and issues in order to ensure delivery within declared timescales while protecting customer experience.
You will provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members to help them achieve their development goals as well as handle collaborator and communicating effectively to the senior/executive team and business collaborators.
What are we looking for from our applicants?
A background as a senior implementation manager or similar
Line management & coaching
Background in digital implementation & change management (previous experience in digital and change delivery with a good grasp of the rapid developments in digitisation)
Modern Agile Engineering experience
