About the Role
As part of the Value Office you will be based within the Delivery Team operating as the Senior Change Manager.
Providing change management expertise across the numerous business units within Customer Markets, you will develop and execute the change management and communications plan for major projects and programs, the most immediate ones being of significant scale and pivotal for AGL's future growth.
This is one of the most exciting times to join this team. As Senior Change Manager, you are a key member of the Value Office and your initial scope of work will have you focusing on significant, high profile projects which will enable AGL's future mode into Multi-Product offerings.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct business impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders to ensure successful change outcomes
- Develop and manage an integrated change strategy, including Change Management Plan, Business Change Impact Assessment, Training Needs Analysis across each of the programs
- Develop and manage an integrated Communications and Stakeholder Plan including development of relevant content/collateral.
- Work closely with other Change, Communications and Learning & Development professionals to ensure integrated approach to Change Management (e.g. Brand & Marketing, Channels and Operations teams)
About You
You are a commercially savvy change professional, with relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or with demonstratable experience gained at enterprise level on programs of work that have been of significant scale.
You are a business influencer, a jargon translator and you understand the complexities of changing the hearts and minds within a company as well as its processes and systems.
You believe that the journey is as important as the destination and you are willing and capable of taking everyone with you, to keep moving with purpose.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Extensive experience developing and implementing operational change strategies
- Demonstrated ability, commitment and contribution to building best practices within the business that put the customer at the centre.
- Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills as well as a proven ability to build and develop relationships with colleagues and leaders from across the business.
- Demonstrated high level written, interpersonal and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders.
