In this position you will support the Rolling Stock Procurement team to be part of the implementation of SAP-GSI to all the Rolling Stock sites/ projects across Australia.
Reporting to the ANZ Rolling Stock Procurement Manager your primary role will be to manage the transition from BAAN system to GSI whilst effectively and collaboratively working with the internal stakeholders and assisting with any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities Required for This Role Includes:
- Manage transition from BAAN system to GSI
- Active participation to data migration from BAAN to GSI
- Be the interface between global GSI team and local procurement team
- Organize and train procurement team to GSI
- Monitor GSI during migration period
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required Includes:
- Experience with SAP project implementations/ rollouts is preferred
- Experience within a procurement environment would be highly beneficial
- Strong interest in internal stakeholder management and working cross functionally
- Enthusiasm for learning
This is a based in Melbourne and is initially a 24 month fixed-task contract with great potential to be extended or move into a permanent role within the procurement team.
