APAC and Japan Commercial (APJ) Field Enablement is looking for a senior Field Sales Enablement Program Manager who is highly experienced in designing and building enablement strategies that accelerate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal sales teams, channel partner management teams, and sales teams’ engagement with partners. The successful candidate would have deep experience in understanding Sales, Partner Channels, Business and Financial models, developing GTM Plans and developing mechanisms that support alignment and interlock in the areas of Business strategy planning, account planning and organizational development. They would have a deep understanding of the role of a Partner Manager and Account Manager, how they operate on a day-to-day basis, and how they interact with, and manage, Channel Partners and sales organizations. Experience in creating development strategies and programs that up-level and transform skills in the areas of general management, partnering, GTM planning, influencing and partner development is essential. They would also have experience in building partnering mechanisms associated to marketing, lead and opportunity management.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong skills in the area of partnership and collaboration and virtual team management, these will be important skills to achieve the required outcomes of this role. The role will collaborate with APJ Partner Sales leadership, The WW Enablement, Organization, Global Partner Organization, and cross functional teams to build programs that 1) accelerate the time to ramp of our new employees and 2) Improve and elevate the capabilities of our teams and 3) Build programs and mechanisms that support the success of the Internal Partner Organization GTM strategy and 4) develop and drive programs aimed increasing sales team’s ability to work effectively with AWS partners. The candidate will also need to have strong programmatic and prioritization skills.

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
Strategic Planning and Program Delivery
- Collaborate with APJ Leadership to build a Capability Framework, assess current state, identify gaps and needs and build an overall capability journey. Associated to program gaps build an enablement strategy to design and develop programs as needed.
- Collaborate with global Partner and Sales Enablement teams to ensure alignment, and support roll outs of global enablement initiatives at a local level.
- Collaborate and partner with the APAC Partner Leadership team, Partner Operations and the broader enablement functions to design, develop and execute a Partner enablement, training and communication strategy. Included, but not limited to, a new hire on-boarding journey, and a partner mastery journey.
- Build and deliver flexible and sustainable Learning initiatives that facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration, and the successful adoption of learning goals.
- Develop enablement strategies and partnering mechanisms to support improved interlock and execution of marketing, prospecting and opportunity planning and management.
- Collaborate with the Training and Certification team to better align and potentially support better leverage and integration between our external partner enablement roadmap with our internal partner enablement roadmaps.
- Creation of Strategic Change Management plans that are focused on driving program awareness and adoption and effectively measures impact and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- A metrics framework that measures the impact and success of developed and deployed programs and a communication framework
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering effective field enablement programs focused on Field Partner/Field Sales capability development
- 10+ years program management skills with an ability to develop and execute large-scale projects plans with minimal supervision
- An exceptional writer, editor, and communicator with executive presence
- A demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives.
- Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple global and local projects at once
- Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well
- Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow time-frames.
- Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done, even when it’s outside the scope of the job.
- An agile, flexible individual with a “can-do” approach to managing ambiguity and a highly iterative creative process
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Building and maintaining partnerships with local and global teams
- 3+ years working as a Partner Manager with Partner Development and planning goals/experience
- Meeting deadlines, prioritizing large workloads, maintaining a strong attention to detail, and working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience with latest learning technologies and practices that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of field training delivery and absorption.
- An Ability to travel ~30% time
