Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
Your future team
You’ll join a global Leadership Operations team of over 80 Executive and Administrative Assistants, all dedicated to empowering Atlassian leaders. Instead of working in silos, we thrive as a unified, collaborative community.
We openly share ideas, ask questions freely, and support each other every step of the way. If you’re an administrative professional who thrives on empowering leaders, collaborating with peers, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Play a pivotal role in driving the rhythm of business for the leadership team by planning, coordinating, and executing key business cadences such as leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, and quarterly planning sessions.
