We are looking for a focused Channel Business Performance Specialist passionate about scaling a fast-growing company by powering it with data. As part of the Channel Business Transformation team, you will partner with teams across Channel, Sales, Analytics, and Operations to surface insights and strengthen data-informed decisions across business processes, systems, and initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Improve efficiency across the Channel operating model
  • Surface quantitative and qualitative business intelligence to support strategic projects
  • Produce performance management documentation using relevant sources, dashboards, and tools
  • Consolidate results and analysis into reliable and easy-to-read consumable content
  • Deliver high-quality insights to team leads across departments
  • Operate in a distributed, agile team environment

Your background:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing analytics/data science/statistics fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business or equivalent experience
  • Background in quantitative/qualitative research and documentation
  • Experience with SAAS business models and performance metrics like OKRs, KPIs, Pipeline, SQLs
  • Success with Business Intelligence and Sales technologies (e.g. SalesForce, Tableau) and translating data-driven insights into recommended actions
  • Experience with the inner workings of a channel sales organization
  • Hands-on experience with the Atlassian tools
  • Experience with the inner workings of a channel sales organization is preferable

Not to mention, you will be working with more than 700 global channel partners and ensuring that our program supports their businesses. The Global Channels team is part of the broader sales team, which has a very unique approach to selling.
