Our Paid Marketing Team executes and measures marketing campaigns that help promote Atlassian products, attract new audiences and add new customers to our growing community. You'll join an outstanding team that is an important growth engine.
Atlassian is looking for a Sr. Online Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth for our paid search channels. You will report to the Search Lead and join a team of fellow Search Online Marketing Managers.
What you'll do
- Create and supervise the performance of our paid search campaigns, always optimizing the efficiency and scale of our campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members to further grow the channel.
- Work with cross department teams to guide projects forward.
- Work with the broader Paid Performance Marketing Team to implement full-funnel user acquisition strategies
- Identify blockers ensuring the success of the channel and hitting our quarterly OKRs.
- Manage bid strategy optimization, audience segmentation, analytics, and testing.
Your background
- 7+ years of proven experience in paid search running campaigns across Google & Bing Ads.
- Campaign management, measurement, optimization, and reporting is in your DNA
- Experience leading paid search media in the B2B space.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills in manipulating data sets (e.g. creating pivot tables / VLOOKUP / handling budget/performance)
- Analyze large data sets and produce thoughtfully impactful reports and provide recommendations for expansion and efficiency
- Inform, launch, and measure all paid search experiments (e.g. bid testing, creative testing)
- Love for the work and team and a desire to make the team better in all aspects
Compensation
At Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $127,200 - $195,200
Zone B: $114,500 - $175,700
Zone C: $105,600 - $162,000
Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and/or equity.
