As Senior Manager, Team Anywhere you will bring problem solving skills, collaboration with cross functional partners and creativity to drive and deliver outcomes that bring Atlassian’s distributed work strategy to life by shifting how we work and organize as a distributed company.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Serve as an embedded Team Anywhere collaborator with departments across the business to evolve our ways of working to supporting a distributed company through a global and inclusive lens.
  • Deliver critical strategic initiatives both fully owning the work from ideation through completion and in other cases driving and enabling others to build and deliver
  • Be a strategic partner within Team Anywhere and with partners such as HR, Recruiting, Legal, Mobility and others to create and execute Team Anywhere processes and policies to navigate a complex set of regulatory, legal, tax, compliance and risk issues to support distributed work at scale
  • Implement tools, internal metrics, feedback loops and analytical rigor to monitor what is and isn't working and empowers Team Anywhere leadership and partner teams to make their programs and initiatives more successful and connected
  • Advise / Coach and educate managers and organizational leaders as they scale and support distributed work and teams

On the first day, we’ll expect you to have

  • Experience owning and driving a strategy and implementing complex multi-quarter projects and/or enterprise-wide programs
  • Demonstrated results in building and sustaining complex cross-functional relationships across all levels of the business, including executive-level stakeholders and leading through influence
  • Storytelling skills to generate understanding and organizational buy-in for significant change management campaigns.
  • Expertise in measuring impact, identifying risks, and focusing workstreams on priorities that drive business outcomes and communicating insights to key stakeholders
  • Experience with hypothesis driven business analytics (i.e. using Microsoft Excel with large datasets) and communicating insights through memo / presentation
  • Flexibility and the ability to navigate between different roles and wear different hats, thriving on uncertainty and change
