Are you an experienced Senior Treasury Manager with a rock-solid work ethic, a good sense of humor, and mind-blowing attention to detail? If so, we've got a home for you on our world-class Treasury team. Our team is thinking strategically to ensure Treasury is a key partner in accelerating Atlassian's growth. This role will join a team that is responsible for global treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, global investments, foreign currency risk management, global corporate card program, and capital market and return activities. This role will assist with cash management, intercompany funding activities, treasury processes and procedures, internal and external reporting, and bank account management. We love our teams at Atlassian and will partner with multiple cross-functional teams. You'll also work with the broader finance team, including accounting, FP&A, tax, and external stakeholders.
In this role you'll get to:
- Lead our global cash management activities including cash positioning, forecasting, and funding by working closely with the global subsidiaries
- Manage bank account administration, including opening and closing bank accounts, maintaining bank signer records, and FBAR reporting
- Oversee global corporate card program, partnering with the issuing bank, accounting, and IT teams to streamline program management and support Atlassian's rapidly growing global footprint
- Lead treasury M&A integration efforts in partnership with corporate development and finance stakeholders
- Become a subject matter expert in our treasury management system, payment files, integrations, and bank connectivity
- Support trade settlement and confirmation activity across FX, investments and capital return
- Assist with global intercompany funding and transfer pricing settlement activities, working closely with accounting and tax
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, including internal and external audit requests
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives and collaborate on ad hoc treasury projects, partnering with finance, accounting, FP&A, tax, legal, and IT
Experience and skills:
- 8+ years work experience in international treasury operations, preferably for a multinational public corporation
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business related field
- Experience working with local and global banks
- Experience and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, communication and time management skills
- Detail oriented and ability to work independently
- Prior experience working with a treasury management system is preferred but not required
- Strong desire to automate treasury processes leveraging technology
It's great but not required, if you have:
- Experience in the software industry
- MBA, CTP or CFA preferred
Compensation
At Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $151,800 - $232,800
Zone B: $136,600 - $209,500
Zone C: $125,900 - $193,200
Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and/or equity.
