Your Future Team
Our Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting team is composed of people with backgrounds in SEC reporting and technical accounting. We're hiring an International Reporting Accountant, reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting. In this role, you'll manage our Australian consolidated group financials preparation and be the main contact for our service providers to ensure reporting compliance in the multiple countries where Atlassian has legal entities.
What you'll do
- Be the main owner of our international reporting process under IFRS and local GAAPs
- Lead our Australian consolidated group financials preparation and manage the audit process
- Manage our service providers in several countries to ensure reporting compliance
- Be the reliable partner with our international tax team
- Monitor the sustainability reporting requirements in different countries and incorporate it into our reporting
- Help with technical accounting tasks as needed
Your background
- 4+ years of audit experience with an accounting firm
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and GAAP differences
- 1 or more years of international reporting experience with multinational organizations
- Experience with project management
Compensation
At Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $101,400 - $155,500
Zone B: $91,200 - $140,000
Zone C: $84,100 - $129,100
Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and/or equity.
