We are continuing to build out our leadership team in the Americas. This leader is responsible for managing a team of Enterprise Advocates who engaged our largest customers in an account based selling role. Our Enterprise Advocates build and implement an effective sales strategy to drive adoption of select products and services to our Enterprise customer base. This team is a champion for our customers, providing market feedback to our product development teams and helping us optimize our customer experience. You will report to the US Head of Sales.

The Enterprise Advocacy team was established in the summer of 2014 to help support customers who are interested in scaling their investment in Atlassian. The team is comprised of Enterprise Advocates specializing in Atlassian's suite of Enterprise products and services. Those on the team have a collective experience in Sales and Management roles in both well-established Fortune 500 companies as well as exciting start-ups. We share a drive to hit our numbers, but above all, we believe in the Atlassian values and want to use them as our compass in constantly refining and optimizing our non-traditional sales model, one that redefines how software is sold in the Enterprise!

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in Sales & 2+ years of management experience
  • Strong a track record of success
  • Experience using CRM, Pipeline Management, and Analytic tools
  • Motivated and inspired to coach, enable, and mentor selling professionals
  • Experience leading and coaching through value driven and solution oriented sales cycles.
  • Comfortable building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • You are someone who wants to challenge the traditional Sales Model and optimize sales processes.
  • You love working in a fast-paced international environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and love sharing your findings with your team.
