This is a remote position. With 4 hour+ timezone overlap with the team, we're able to hire eligible candidates for this role from any location within PST.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $145,800 - $194,400
Zone B: $131,300 - $175,000
Zone C: $121,100 - $161,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Your future team
You will operate within the Talent Management pillar of the Talent Team and report to the Head of Talent Management. You will collaborate with the other Talent Partners and HRBPs, focusing on delivering enterprise wide Talent solutions and also partnering with the Engineering function to deliver engineering specific talent programs.Most of the current team members are spread across Australia Eastern time zone and US Pacific timezone.
We are reimagining our annual performance management process and its an exciting time to be part of the team that's shaping and driving this change for the enterprise.
Advanced degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related preferred experience in and demonstrated subject matter expertise in performance management & assessment design, change management, employee experience design
7+ years of relevant experience leading Talent Management projects or processes and developing creative Talent Management solutions
Excellent project management skills, and creating connected talent management strategies that help a team-based, global workforce
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision-making, enabling you to collaborate with different stakeholders to develop effective solutions to issues.
Demonstrated ability to impact the direction of your team’s work product
Demonstrated customer focus, including experience developing an understanding of business structure, people, processes, and technology to guide business-aligned design
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments
