This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the Pacific timezone in the US or in Australia/New Zealand.
Your future team
Our Central Growth team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Engineering, Product, and Data Science. We own every stages of the growth funnel, from land (a new user landing on the Atlassian website), to cross-flow (we introduce a second product to a customer who’s already engaged with one of Atlassian’s products), to team expansion (a customer to add more team members onto their plan), to churn (a customer leaving Atlassian). We’re the team that deeply understands Atlassian’s business model, so we can build an efficient growth engine and our customers can get the most value out of Atlassian products.
We’re hiring a Head of Product to lead our Growth Platform, reporting to the Head of Product for Growth at Atlassian. Here, you will have the opportunity to dig deep into Atlassian’s user funnel, experiment and use data to prove or disprove your hypothesis, and make a huge impact by helping Atlassian grow, directly. You will also get to lead a team to build a product from 0 - 1 that will enable all product managers to be in control of their own product led growth.

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $255,200 - $340,200
Zone B: $229,700 - $306,200
Zone C: $211,800 - $282,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
