Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Are you inspired by the Atlassian Foundation’s mission, to unleash the potential of social impact teams - particularly those teams changing lives through education, which is grounded in three core beliefs:
We believe the world’s problems can’t be solved without human collaboration
We believe in the power of education to create more problem solvers
We believe businesses should use their assets to help solve problems and create a better world
The future we’re working towards includes millions of young people from under-resourced communities being equipped with the skills they need to work and thrive. Through our deep partnerships with some of the world’s most impactful education changemakers, we’re supporting scalable education solutions that are breaking the poverty cycle.
We are looking for a Foundation Director and Education Lead to join the Atlassian Foundation leadership team and meaningfully advance our progress towards our mission and goals.
To ensure sufficient timezone overlap with the team, we can hire eligible candidates for this role from the West Coast of the United States and the East Coast of Australia.
When you read through the requirements of the role below, don’t give up if you don’t meet them all. If you tick some of the requirements, great! Throw your hat in the ring and let’s go from there.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
