We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Solutions Architect for a key leadership role within our Enterprise Solutions Org. This individual will drive our Platform Solutions Technology strategy, and discussions with our Customers and Partners. You will collaborate with the Chief Solutions Strategist and Strategy Program Manager, as well as extended teams from Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Partner Teams.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $206,600 - $275,400
Zone B: $185,900 - $247,900
Zone C: $171,500 - $228,600
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

More about you:
Technology leader with over 15 years of experience in technology, consulting, and sales within the enterprise solutions and SaaS platforms.
Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud environments.
Extensive experience working on complex architectures, integration points and implementations across enterprise customer. Familiar with best practices for architecture across enterprise customers.
Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, with strong bridge-building and partnering skills.
Experience working with partners is a plus.
Excellent business insight with an outcome-driven approach. Able to effectively position and sell value, calculate return on investment, and engage in consultative selling.
Proficient in executive communication but also comfortable conducting workshops and collaborating with technology teams.
While highly proficient and confident, you remain coachable and strive to be the very best. Your ego is fully in check.
You will focus on driving Atlassian Platform use cases initiatives but also keep an eye on the business as a whole.
You bring a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics - both sales as well as non-revenue targets.
An extreme sense of responsibility and accountability. We have ambitious goals, and we need you to execute relentlessly to "get stuff done."
