The Senior Manager of Sales and Success Strategic Programs plays a crucial role in spearheading transformational sales initiatives by guiding and mentoring a team of program managers. In this position, you will cultivate a high-performing, governance-focused team that challenges conventional approaches and develops a dynamic portfolio of strategic programs in close collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales strategy, program management, or a related strategic leadership role.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
Proven track record of driving scalable initiatives and managing complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated experience in coaching and leading high-performing teams, particularly program managers, with a focus on governance and operational excellence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge existing paradigms.
Experience in developing comprehensive portfolios of strategic programs, emphasizing collaborative leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $166,500 - $217,375
Zone B: $150,300 - $196,225
Zone C: $138,600 - $180,950
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
