As the Regional Workplace Events Manager (North America) you’ll be responsible for planning and executing employee events for Atlassians across America while also supporting global event programs. This role partners closely with the Head of Workplace Events, regional stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high-impact experiences that foster connection, engagement, and belonging to Atlassian.

This position is office-based in Bellevue, Washington, or San Francisco, California. You will report to the Head of Workplace Programs, and your craft lead will be the Head of Workplace Events, both located in Sydney. This role is considered office-based (as in you’ll need to be in the office regularly; see Atlassian’s office-based roles policy: Office-Based Roles.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: USD 135000 - USD 176250

Zone B: USD 121500 - USD 158625

Zone C: USD 112500 - USD 146875

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
