DESCRIPTION:
As part of our South Region, in a highly strategic Sales Support role, you will be responsible for sales operations, staffing and sales/ revenue capture support for our Indirect business. You will support our South Region business development with operational sales support, sales enablement support, staffing support, sales/ revenue data analysis and partnering with Accenture and Avanade Business Development Executives to grow the Book of Business. You will help build a pipeline for growth and closing business. You will learn and maintain an extensive knowledge of Avanade processes, current market conditions, contending offerings and current penetration of services and solutions.
ABOUT YOU:
Build and maintain relationships with Avanade and Accenture teams and key business decision makers and generate contacts by networking
Understand the needs of your partners and marshal the right resources
Learn, apply and demonstrate the Avanade Sales Process, and account management practices
Provide regular pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting to inform strategic planning and decisions
Use detailed, comprehensive industry knowledge and experience to develop and support project strategies and advise and support team members and project partners
You are a self-starter who can support the constantly evolving needs of the business in a complex consulting environment with sophisticated technology solutions and sales processes. Previous sales operations, sales enablement experience desired
Previous Account Executive or Business Development sales experience a plus but not a requirement.
High level knowledge of the MSFT stack including: Dynamics 365, .NET, Sharepoint, Power BI...etc
Analytical skills, and ability to read, understand and analyze data to provide valuable insights
Previous staffing experience in consulting agency a bonus or willingness to learn and support staffing by identifying and screening candidates for appropriate projects.
Agility to respond to new situations by modifying your performance & adopting new skills and abilities
Prescriptive sales principles and practices
Crafting and positioning business results-oriented propositions
Able to act as a trusted advisor to your Avanade and Accenture contacts
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
