About the role
As the Adobe Business Leader at Avanade Experiences, you will be responsible for building all facets of our Adobe practice to support growth to $250 million dollar business. You will leverage your extensive Adobe experience and network to develop a clear go-to-market plan, identify and hire a diverse solutioning and delivery team, and provide thought leadership within the broader Avanade organization.
Responsibilities
Specifically, you will:
Collaborate with Global and North America Avanade Experiences leadership to develop and mature Avanade’s Adobe go-to-market strategy
Work closely with Avanade Experiences and Customer Experience (CX) Practice leads, and regional partners in sales, client services, and executive leadership to ensure appropriate positioning of Adobe offerings
Manage Adobe pre-sales specialists and specialty sellers
Recruit, hire, and manage individuals to grow the Adobe domain
Create an NA business plan to achieve sales, revenue, and operational targets
Provide quarterly business reporting on the state of the business and progress compared to plan
Provide subject matter expertise and support to CX practice leaders
Develop strong business relationships within the Adobe ecosystem, the Accenture Adobe Business Group ecosystem, inclusive of the Partner Channel and Sales Leadership, to promote Avanade’s market position
Act as an executive sponsor on Adobe engagements where appropriate
Who you are
Extensive knowledge of the Adobe technology stack and differentiated offering
15+ years’ leadership experience (sales & marketing)
Extensive Adobe-centric professional network
Proven ability to drive accelerated growth in a nascent practice
Experience running large teams
Well-honed ability to supervise within a matrixed environment
Expert level written and verbal communication skills, including ability to comfortably present to the C-level of our clients
Some travel expected, to be discussed in the interview
Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
New York: $153,00.00 - $180,000.00
Seattle: $144,000 - $170,000
California: 160,000 - $190,000
