Partner with the best
As a Senior Marketing Leader, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and content designed to build Baker Hughes’ position in key energy and industrial segments. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will be critical to advancing Baker Hughes’ growth strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing strategic marketing plans tailored for key segments and/or horizontal business priorities, reflecting commercial plans and objectives, to build Baker Hughes brand position as an Energy Transition leader and drive customer engagement
- Leading the development of strategic positioning, narrative, messaging to position Baker Hughes in key segments as well as horizontal priorities and new offers.
- Analyzing and synthesizing strategy, technical, and commercial material to develop bespoke messaging to support value propositions, test, and launch platforms to support enterprise priority NPIs/initiatives related to new energy solutions, energy transition, and digital technologies.
- Developing marketing communications collateral, including customer presentations, brochures, web-based marketing, events, digital, social campaigns
- Managing bakerhughes.com content development and performance related to energy transition and other horizontal or segment-based priorities
- Developing results-oriented campaigns, establish KPIs with key stakeholders in the business, to demonstrate growth in demand and engagement among target customers.
- Researching competitive landscape and benchmark activities and messaging
- Building influential relationships with assigned stakeholders at all levels to execute marketing and communication plans as well as develop and track specific strategic and tactical actions for commercial and working teams
- Supporting in the management of the ‘voice of the customer’ – providing a deep understanding of customer ambitions and pain points
- Partnering with Strategy teams, commercial organizations, Digital Marketing, leaders to represent the voice of customers in enterprise campaigns and activations, demand generation, and brand building.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Leadership experience in marketing organization at a Fortune 150 company, preferably in B2B
- Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing or strategy role, with direct responsibility for narrative development, marketing communications and/or content and campaigns
- Experience in the energy, renewables space – understand the customer needs, challenges and ambitions and be able to translate into company campaign content
- Demonstratable deep expertise in developing marketing strategy specific to Energy Transition and Decarbonizing in industrial sectors
- Experience as the client-lead managing marketing agencies
- Experience developing segment-based marketing strategies to serve multiple industries, account-based marketing campaigns, and compelling customer value propositions.
- Digital marketing experience and ability to design and manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with executive leadership and supporting commercial activity
