Within this Centre of Excellence sit Digital Reporting & Analytics, leading digital analytics solutions and initiatives across Group Marketing.
We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Digital Marketing Reporting and Analytics Manager to come on board, reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing. Managing a Digital Reporting Specialist you will define, document, develop and deliver timely and relevant data reports and channel indicators that identify consumer behaviour across marketing platforms.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders in the Data Insights team, as well as Digital and Group Marketing to embed expert knowledge and solutions for digital customer data flow, conversion, and reporting. Your work will allow stakeholders to track performance, and provide deep insights to improve customer experiences online, and maximise commercial outcomes. This role can be based in any of our office locations: Adelaide, Bendigo, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney – as required, in a hybrid approach, some days you’d be in the office, and then other days you’d be working from home to help better balance your life and work.
As the Digital Marketing Reporting and Analytics Manager you will:
- Act as digital marketing analytics SME across the organisation
- Prioritise, manage, and triage digital marketing analytics requests from our Customer Marketing teams and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting and dashboards that support campaign and performance reporting across delivered programs
- Implement and manage tracking on websites and owned social media channels to drive improved performance
- Track and monitor industry trends to benchmark and evolve our reporting in the ever-changing landscape
- Support the digital and group marketing teams in optimising marketing outcomes using data insights and analysis
To be successful in the role, you'll have:
- Demonstrated prior experience in a digital marketing data analytics role within a large complex organisation
- The ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
- A strong understanding of customer interaction with the online environment including web and mobile with a keen appreciation of user experience and customer centred design
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
- Experience in attribution modelling
- Proven experience with Google Analytics
- Experience building with data visualisation tools: PowerBI and Google Data Studio
- Understanding of development standards, HTML, CSS, and Javascript, range of diverse datasets including operational databases, CSV, XML, JSON etc and test automation (Selenium or Cypress) desirable
- Essential knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation, web standards and protocols
