- You will proactively manage and grow Key Strategic Zone SA/NTaccounts, provide solutions to complex High sales revenue SA/ NT Zone customers, developing customer relations, growth, and BusinessDevelopment
- Your responsibilities include developing strategies for each complex Zone account todeliver growth and establish long-term buying relationships.Develop strong, professional relationships withkey influencers and decision makers within strategic zone customers
- Furthermore, you will exceed defined sales targets, retain and grow market shareacross all product groups , bid for tenders, prospect for business opportunities within existing customer accounts and maximise profitabilityopportunities
- You shall also support and contribute to marketing initiatives, understand, monitor and report competitor activity and market trends
- Work proactively with relevant functions in BOC to ensure the offers to the major customers are understood, supported and delivered as part of the BOC promise
What makes you great
- You possess superior written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- 5+ years demonstrated experience and success in direct sales with proven tender and quotation experience
- You hold tertiary qualifications in a marketing or business discipline or equivalent work experience or certified in all Linde Pro
modules - You come with hands on expertise in budgeting and forecasting. Experienced negotiator, preferably through sales management, contract negotiation and management
- Proficient in Microsoft outlook, excel & word with demonstrated CRM management skills
- You posses proven commercial acumen – understands profitability and internal cost drivers.Clear understanding of contract implications in regards to agreement terms and conditions with the ability to negotiate an acceptable outcome
- Broad BOC product knowledge with analytical skills - interpret key information and identify trends and buying patterns/changes within customer/market patterns
