Based in North Ryde, Boral is looking to appoint a self-motivated, highly organised and professional individual to join our Project Team as a Personal Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for providing high-level administration support to the Project Leaders and manage the administration of certain team activities.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in one of our most significant system implementation projects which will standardise practices, improve efficiencies and enable the company to achieve its digital transformation.
This position will be offered as a 15 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Prepare internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Project Leads.
- Prepare communications and PowerPoint presentations using Microsoft applications.
- Book and coordinate meetings
- Book and coordinate travel
- Coordinate, attend and take minutes on behalf of the Project Team.
- Alert the Project Team of any urgent matters that need to be responded to, and assist with responding to general matters.
- Provide any administration required for the operation of the project office.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- Demonstrated PA / Team Assistant experience supporting Project teams.
- High level communication (both written and verbal).
- Well versed in Microsoft Office – Google Suite experience is desirable
- High level initiative, diplomacy and confidentiality skills.
- Personal drive and results orientation.
