The Role:

Boral is currently seeking a Logistics Driver (Powder) to join the day shift team at our Eraring plant. The main focus of the position is delivering product in a safe manner to customer sites throughout the Sydney, Southern Highlands and Hunter area with the ability to prioritise your workload and emphasis on conducting yourself safely at all times. The nature of the work requires flexibility to work Monday to Friday with some weekend work available. This is a great opportunity to work in a team environment within an organisation dedicated to the safety of our employees.

Key Duties:

• Driving a Boral powder tanker, carting bulk powder material.

• Complete basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of the product

• Communicating with allocators and customers

• Ensure safety standards are maintained including daily pre-start checks on the vehicle

• General yard maintenance

Skills and Experience:

• Current HC drivers' licence

• Strong commitment to safety and the environment

• Provide superior customer focus

• Proven ability to work within a team environment

• Be self-motivated with a professional and courteous manner

• Relevant concrete industry experience will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided

• Have an understanding of filling out a Work diary page
