The Role
We are seeking Production Team Members to join our diverse team based at our Kewdale manufacturing facility who can adapt to the new and exciting environment at CCA as we continue to expand our brands. Receiving ongoing support and training you will be able to safely and competently operate high-speed production and processing equipment completing duties such as:
- Manage packaging and product changeovers
- Equipment cleaning
- Ingredient processing & batch making
- Monitoring production activity, resolving / escalating issues which impact production targets
- Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate:
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster throughout the year
- Good communication skills, our production lines involve many people doing their part to keep us on target
- An optimistic outlook and be able to be disciplined to work safely always
- Previous experience operating high speed manufacturing machinery is highly desirable
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and LEAN Manufacturing Principles is desirable
