Reporting to the Manager of Medical Response and Planning, the Paramedic is a salary-based role within Crown Resorts Sydney. The Paramedic is responsible for providing prompt and efficient advanced medical assistance to medical incidents and the delivery of all frontline medical services and health surveillance requirements for Crown Sydney to support business objectives and meet legislative requirements.
The role of a Paramedic within Crown Sydney involves working a rotating roster, and will require the Paramedic to work weekends, night shifts and public holidays. This role is integral to maintaining a safe environment for patrons and employees and providing quality customer service.
Responsibilities of this role include but is not limited to:
- Adherence to Crown’s health and safety requirements
- Delivery of a best practice paramedical service to staff, contractors and patrons
- Development of a positive employee culture at all levels that reflects company objectives
- Delivery of strong teamwork and support of its people
- Championing the Crown brand through the provision of; superior customer experiences and professional behaviours that are brand aligned
- Maintain AHPRA registration (Paramedic) with no restrictions, conditions, or notations.
- Maintenance of clinical skills log as per internal training program – Paramedic.
- Completion of internal medical induction and re-certification program– Paramedic
